What's the best way to burn Chi Candle candles?
Each candle includes lighting and care instructions on the bottom label.
The wicks should be trimmed to a 1/4 inch every time before you light your candle.
Try to burn candles long enough each time so that the entire top layer melts to the sides before being extinguished. Candles should be burned at least 1 hour for each inch in diameter. Our recommended burn time is 4-5 hours
If you want to burn your candle longer 5 hours, you should extinguish the candle after 3 hours, then trim the wicks carefully and relight it. This will give you extra hours of clean burning.

What is the difference between soy candles and paraffin candles?
Paraffin wax is the final by-product of petroleum refining. It releases potentially harmful petroleum pollutants in the air, including several known carcinogens, according to the EPA.
Soy wax is all natural made from soy beans, which are a renewable resource that is grown here in the United States.  No harmful chemicals are released with soy wax.
